As we continue to face the difficult and ongoing impact of COVID-19, we at STAR Institute care deeply about your well-being and that of your family. We are in this together and will continue to support our community with information, resources and tips. We hope you will take advantage of the following materials and programs we’ve developed to help support you and your family during this changing situation.


  • Providing Helpful Information. The STAR Blog is being updated as regularly as we can with tips, tricks and ideas for how to schedule time at home, have fun at home and connect with loved ones. Our latest posts include:
  • Community Care Call. At 1:00 PM every day we are doing a community care call for all our STAR parents - this is a no charge drop-in call. Grab a cup of coffee and sit down for a chat and to share ideas. You can drop-in via the web url or dial in via this number: +1 301 715 8592 US
  • Putting You First. We are offering discounted 1:1 telehealth sessions, which run much like a traditional therapy session. If you are interested in booking one of these please call (303) 221-7827. These sessions can be Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Mental Health. *Colorado ONLY due to telehealth regulations at this current time.

  • Staying Connected. Finally we are also posting short videos on our Facebook page that compliment these blog posts and other helpful resources. We hope you enjoy them!
