Live-streamed Short Courses

STAR Institute offers several courses that provide an overview of specific topics. Course material may also be customized to meet the specific needs of an audience.

AOTA CEUs may be provided for an additional cost of $100 per course. International Organizations: For a small fee, STAR Institute can support you in obtaining professional development units from your local professional organization, should you choose to pursue them.

Online Workshops*

Workshops and advanced-level training programs may be hosted ONLY by clinics, schools, or other organizations with a larger group of staff in need of training. These courses are otherwise not for sale or distribution to the public by other vendors outside of STAR Institute.

Workshop and Advanced-level Training Courses:

• Foundations of Development Course: Sensory Processing, Regulation, and Relationship (2 Days)*
• “Hybrid” Level 1 Intensive Mentorship program (2 Days)*
• School-based Intensive Training for Occupational Therapists (2 Days)*

Terms and Requirements:

• *Programs may be broken up into shorter sessions taking place over 4-5 days/sessions
• A deposit of 50% of the total fee is required upon scheduling the program
• The remaining 50% of the total fee is required prior to the program (typically 4-8 weeks)

Outside Conferences & Events*

Speakers may also be scheduled for your conference or other event. Please contact us to discuss the specific needs and goals for your group.

Terms and Requirements:

• A deposit of 50% of the total fee is required upon scheduling the program
• The remaining 50% of the total fee is required prior to the program (typically 4-8 weeks)
• For in-person events, reimbursement for all travel expenses for the presenter is also required, including roundtrip airfare, business class hotel, ground transportation, and per diem
