Client Care Coordinator

STAR Institute for Sensory Processing provides family-centered care for children and adults with sensory, attention, learning, behavior, and feeding challenges.

This part-time position for a friendly organized individual to support our front desk activities at our clinic is located in Centennial. The client care coordinator is responsible for providing high quality customer service to all clients--adults, adolescents, and children--in person and via phone. Duties are varied and include handling confidential client documentation, responding to incoming calls and inquiries, collecting payment, assisting with schedule changes, and helping with cleaning and sanitizing per Tri-County Health Dept and COVID-19 regulations.To qualify, you must have minimum two years of administrative experience and the ability to relate to and interact with children and families. You must be a conspicuously positive person and have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as strong detail orientation. Necessary computer skills include competency with MS Office Suite. This is a part-time position; Mon-Friday from 9:30am to 1:30pm.
