What You’ll Do 

• Conduct comprehensive standardized and non-standardized evaluations for clients  
• Provide individual and group therapy using the STAR Frame of Reference 
• Develop personalized, sensory-informed therapeutic programs 
• Partner with clients and families through coaching and education 
• Collaborate with physicians, schools, and other providers 
• Track outcomes and document progress clearly and effectively 
• Contribute to a culture of learning, reflection, and clinical excellence 

 

Who You Are 

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Occupational Therapist in Colorado 
• Eligibility for Medicaid reimbursement 
• Open to new grads through experienced clinicians 
• Passionate about sensory integration and neurodevelopment 
• Committed to neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed care 
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to grow

Physical Requirements 

Includes standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), movement-based therapy, and active engagement with clients in a sensory-rich environment.
