Our Current Groups and Programs
 

Language Leaps - for verbal children ages 4-6 focused on language stimulation and expansion. All activities are facilitated by a speech pathologist. Each session will include vocabulary building, following directions, and an early phonics task. Duration 30 minute sessions, $15 drop in / $60 for the week.

Language Launch - for verbal children ages 7-9 focused on language stimulation and expansion. All activities are facilitated by a speech pathologist. Each session will include vocabulary building, answering questions, following directions, and auditory memory activities. Duration 30 minute sessions, $15 drop in / $60 for the week.

Dress Up Disco - every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for your 2-4 year olds, dress up and join the dance! Will work on coordination, rhythm, response inhibition, modulation and turn taking, run by an OTR/L. $120 per week.

Rebounders - for any child with access to a trampoline at home. This group has the feel of a dance or exercise class, but with rebounders! Work on modulation, core stability, breathing, bilateral coordination, impulse control and more. Run by an OTR/L. Ages 6-10 years, duration 50 minutes, cost $300 per child per week, 8 child maximum.

Yogaventures - whole body movement with an animal adventure theme. Work on regulation, stability, mobility, and that dynamic core, facilitated by an OTR/L. Ages 6-9 years old, duration 50 minutes, cost $300 per child per week.

STAR Online for 4-6 year olds - a fun virtual adventure where kids connect by traveling to different lands together in fantasy vehicles that they create themselves. Great for attention, structure, impulse control, imagination, motor planning, communication, and regulation. Different themes each day, duration 50 minutes, cost $300 per child per week.

STAR Online 4-6 for Bilingual families - STAR Online para niños de 4 a 6 años: juegos divertidos, juego motor sensorial, movimiento de todo el cuerpo (búsqueda del tesoro, etc.), diferentes temas cada día, serán seguidos por correos electrónicos.

Adolescent Fitness - fun, whole body movement with some cardio, postural work and cool down, also works on rhythm, coordination and self-regulation. Duration 50 minutes, cost $300 per child per week.

Imagine Adventure - simplified role playing games, face to face over zoom, builds social connection and competence. Ages 7-10 year olds, duration 50 minutes, cost $300 per child per week.

Critical Core - Table Top Role Playing Game, face to face over zoom. Ages 12-17 year olds (developmental level grade 7 and up), duration 90 minutes, cost $500 per child per week.

Parent Child Workshops - Hosted by STAR Education Department 

Self Regulation Saturdays - join our Energy Explorers workshop. A self regulation workshop reviewing fun and practical regulation strategies for your every day. Aimed at parents and children with fun content for everyone. $25 per session.

Social Sundays - Ideation Station - join this fun interactive online workshop, learn how to build motor planning skills and explore all the fun things you can do with items you already have in your house! Aimed at parents and children with fun content for everyone. $25 per session.
